I dunno, I find it pretty appealing that these are available at all. Anything beyond that is bonus.

More sense? What doesn't make sense about them? The fact that they don't exactly mirror the way that Glass chose to release them when they put them on CD? Perhaps you're forgetting that these were all separate releases originally. Vinyl Japan is under no obligation to release them together. In fact, as far as making sense goes, what Vinyl Japan is doing is much closer to mirroring the original releases.
Just a complete guess, but I suspect that one reason they may have chosen to release Scandal in Bohemia separately from Sex and Travel may have been liscensing costs. Putting both on one CD means paying the liscense for two recordings, but only making the profit off of one.
I dunno, I'm not going to go so far as to say that we should all just blindly buy these reissues because it's our duty as JBC fans or any other such shit. At the same time, though, I think not buying Scandal in Bohemia if you want it just because Sex and Travel isn't included is just plain silly.
