Greetings Canadian Jazz Butcher fans!
I have found out that CD Bar in Toronto has a few copies of Illuminate left!
Apparently they have been selling well. I've reserved a copy for myself;
if I had a credit card, I could have ordered it over the phone and had
it delivered (which I think costs a few dollars). The phone number for
CD Bar is (416) 977-6863, or 1-800-663-1616. After my copy, there are two
left. The price is $27.99.
