Subject: Angels=dead cats?

The song Angels is about Pat's dead cat?

I'm not buying this one... it may have coincided with his cat dying, but it
sure sounds like the ultimate "on the road with the band, it's great but I
sure miss you baby" song. Maybe Pat didn't want comparisons drawn with Bob
Seger's "Turn the Page" or any of the other participants in this glorious
rock and roll tradition.

"They're holding you up, bearing you up"-- body surfing above the mosh pit of
kids dressed in black? Maybe. Dead cats...nope.

I think Pat is pulling our collective leg with his comments. If not, I don't
think I want to know the reality behind any of his other songs.
