speaking of small publishing runs of music... did the san francisco live cd
ever come out? i had to unsubscribe for a while, and i'm wondering if i
just missed it.
also about a month ago someone wrote with info about a tour and the funds being raised for it. i wrote that person back, but no response, and now i don't remember who it was. any info? anyone?
