Well, maybe he shouldn't rush into things. I'd be willing to bet that the recent auction netted Pat more cash than he's seen from a record label recently. Why couldn't the list (and beyond) just finance his next record? Pay the money directly to him. He can maintain all rights for future distribution (an ongoing problem).
Screw the music industry. There has got to be a better way. We have the technology!
BTW, does this mean Sumosonic is no longer?
