Subject: JBC and George Thorogood (sp)?
Actually the song "Move it on over" was originally written and trecorded by
Hank Williams sometime in the 40's or 50's. Thorogood just happened to have
a more well-known, (at least to those of us who grew up with rock music)
version of it. Maybe Pat was referring to the original. But then with thw
way his mind seems to work who knows.
On a related note, Matt Johnson and The The just released an album Called
Hanky Panky that is a tribute to Hank Williams and features only covers of
his songs. I think it's a really cool album and deserves a listen whether
you're interested in old country music or not.
