Can anyone get the audio to play at the unminded site? I can't.
Thanks,
Robert F :)
PS: What about finally putting "Swinging With The Pygmies" on a compilation? =)

Howdy~
Back in the World of the Old...
- David J. has a new EP coming out on Heyday Records. The lead track is called "Mess Up" and is taken from his forthcoming album for Heyday, which will be called "Estranged". There are four other brand new tracks (not on the album), including "Goth Girls In Southern California". Go on, you know you want to. Check out David's website, or indeed, Heyday's, for more info.
- Cherry Red Records in olde London Towne are planning to release YET ANOTHER compilation of the JBC. Expect it to contain all the usual Creation Era stuff (you know what we're talking about), but it will also have some oddities, such as Vodka Girls (previously only released with a French fanzine) and the appalling and previously unreleased Von Daemmerung remix of "President Chang". The record is liable to called "The Jazz Butcher's Free Lunch". More details when I have them.
- Also still available:
JBC
Glorious and Idiotic (Live in Hamburg 1999) - ROIR A Scandal in Bohemia (1984) - Vinyl Japan Distressed Gentlefolk (1986) - Vinyl Japan Cake City - Vinyl Japan compilation of Glass Era stuff, with rarities. Rotten Soul (2000) - Vinyl Japan Max Eider The Best Kisser in the World (1987) - Vinyl Japan Hotel Figueroa (2001) - Vinyl Japan
There's a new web magazine called Unminded. They have got interviews
with
Dave J and myself (it would appear to date from the tour in 2000 AD) as
well as lots of other interesting shit at: www.unminded.com
That's it for now,
Pat
