Non-JBC Content Post! (Help with PAL conversion)

Dear Conspirators,

I have a live video (a UK TV appearance) by Levitation (featuring L. O'Keefe, to add some JBC content). It is, however, in PAL format. Is there anyone, preferably in the states, who has the capability to tranfer PAL to NTSC?

I know that I can pay to have this done at a video house, but I'd rather check my 'free' options, as I am broke. Perhaps there is a Levitation fan out there that would consider it a good trade: do the conversion, and get a copy. I will pay shipping and tape costs. Or, if that is not enough, perhaps I can also entice you with some cd-r burns of live shows.
