The only copy I have ever seen is the one I own. Purchased at a Milwaukee Record store in 1988, in fact, the first CD I ever bought. It is a single, not a double CD, and the disc art contains An outline of the 'Jazz Butcher' logo from the Human Jungle single . The numbers on the inner ring are GLA CD 009 MPO 02.
I hope that this information is helpful to you. Do you suspect being on the receiving end of a faux copy? I hope not! Besides..who'd be so dumb as to try to pull one over on YOU?
