I have a French copy that is a single disc only. I bought through a mail order catalog in 1990, and it does have both albums included. I got Pat to sign it at a Cleveland show that year, and his response was something like, "Dear Lord, where did you manage find one of those?"

The number on the disc is cat. no. GLASD009. That number is repeated on the booklet.
