that'd be me... yeah - i fucked up the first recording. waaay too hot. i also took about 75 (film) photos. we'll see if the light was a challenging as it seemed..

i'm listening to the second show right now and it sound pretty good for a small room recording.

and i don't quite agree about the first set being better - i think the band made fewer, um, incorrect artistic interpretations the second time 'round.

jimmy duval was in the house, as was ivan. mr estes and mrs were down from olympia and just a couple others. i didn't notice as many jbc-list faces this time around compared to 1999 or 1997.

what... are we all dying off already?
