The thing about Gemm is that it includes a lot of terrible "vaporware" merchants and price gougers from around the world. Rockhouse is one that seems particularly awful. These guys take your order for stuff that they don't have on hand, place an order with their distributor, and if it ever shows up, you may receive it. I think they're still listing "Black Eg" as a special order item, even though it's been unavailable for years. Also, I don't think Rockhouse sells ANYTHING for under $30...so they probably don't have promos, they're just pre-ordering but acting like they have it in stock.
Gemm does have a number of good, reliable honest merchants in their system from whom I have ordered some scarce stuff, but even Gemm cautions you against some of the nastier ones. It's definitely a "buyer beware" situation.
FWIW, I placed my order direct with Vinyl Japan hoping they'll make an extra couple bucks selling direct, and will be that much more encouraged that this whole reissue push is worth the hassle.
