Well, I see one of two options here. Either:

1. They weren't able to obtain the license for Sex and Travel to include it.

or

2. They have some plan to release it separately at a future date.

Either way, you should still seriously consider buying the Scandal in Bohemia CD to support their decision to do the Jazz Butcher reissues at all. They're running a business, and we'll probably only continue to see new JBC releases and reissues from them if those that they put out sell well enough to justify more.
