Great list and great choices, I wouldn't change a thing that you have already picked. Couple additions I might make, however.

We would need to have The Negro Problem doing "Let's Get It Wrong" and for reasons I cannot entirely explain, I'd love to hear kd lang do "Partytime" with some really great old-timer like Chet Atkins or Barney Kessel playing the guitar. Gives me goosebumps just thinking about it.
