Re: la show - how was it?

Okay Kirk - which one were you? We should have had name tags. I was brown
hair, glasses, dress, stage left.
I'm no good with set lists, but here's my attempt at remembering what was played - in no particular order and for certain without completeness or accuracy. I think I'm missing a Max and certainly more:
Southern Mark Smith
Girlfriend
She's on Drugs
Caroline Wheeler's Birthday Present
Zombie Love
Sister Death
Come Friendly Spacemen
Partytime
Soul Happy Hour
Sweet Jane
Take the Skinheads Bowling
Walk with the Devil
Jazz Butcher vs. Count Dracula
Mr. Odd
Girl Say Yes
Come on Marie
Niagara
I Hate Love (I think?)
Was it me or was their nothing from Distressed, Fishco, Big Planet and Illuminate?
It was a fantastic show - I don't think anyone left without a smile on. 2001 and still going strong! I can't wait for Max's new record - maybe we should send an official note of thanks to Vinyl Japan.
Have fun you SFers!
-Sonia

'Come Friendly Spacemen' has never sounded better.
Max is becoming an L.A. Hippie.
Dabney Coleman and Joey Heatherton were lurking around the exit after the show. Very strange.
