No doubt. There are a number of US indie distributors (Get Hip and some smaller ones I can't recall) that carry Vinyl Japan. They'll be available at your local or virtual record store.

Of course, the price direct from VJ is within a buck or two of retail, or so I found when I ordered Rotten Soul - so why wait? Skip the middleman.
