I'm still not convinced. If you go to allmusic.com it shows a cassette release and an LP release, but no CD release. I also recall reading in places that it was never released on CD.

In regards to the bonus tracks... the Cassette had them. and according to David's site they are Real Men and JB v. CD.

I guess if we want to know, we either contact Fire records or Pat himself. Ebay will only remove items at the request of the rights holder, and given their apparent lack of interest in JBC releases, I doubt Fire will be doing that.

But to those who have bid... you might try retracting your bids on the grounds that you believe the CD to be fake and that the seller isn't answering questions. Dunno if it would work, but perhaps worth a try.
