Regarding the Seattle show, I created some inserts using some digital photos
that Leisa ReFalo took at the Seattle show (thanks Leisa!). I included crop
and fold lines and exported to high-quality JPG at both 150 dpi and 300 dpi.
If someone would volunteer to host them somewhere (and subsequently send out
info about the download location), I will happily email them to said person.
