But of course, he had travelled from Northampton! (which was his reply to my wife when she told him we had travelled from Aberdeen - to Inverness, admittedly not that far on U.S. terms, but further than I would usually go for a night out - to see him in the Summer). He and Max were great that night, too, despite the small turnout.
