Chicago?

To whoever is in the know:

The list of tour dates on the web page does not list Chicago, and I thought that there was already a date, if not a venue. Also, wasn't there supposed to be a show in either Detroit or Ann Arbor?

It looks like there are plenty of days in the middle of the tour without dates scheduled. Any chance of more shows being added?
