Re: Jazz Butcher

Hello List,

I have been trying for several weeks to determine if JBC will actually be playing in Chicago on September 18, as posted on the web site and in earlier "almost official" tour schedules. A list member told me he had heard they will be playing the Lounge Ax. I sent an inquiry to Lounge Ax, who informed me no such booking has been made (see forwarded message below).

Well? Will the JBC be playing Chicago, or anywhere else in the Midwest, or not? Can someone provide a definitive answer? September is rapidly approaching, and airfares to the coasts are getting more and more expensive as the weeks move along.
