RE: [Jazz Butcher]: mailing list CHANGE

Are we all automatically moved to the new Listserv or do we have to unsub from the old one and resub to the new one? And if we need to sub to the new one how is that done?

Also, what was the verdict of the survey about whether this would be a commercial or a private list? I don't recall seeing anything about the outcome.
