This just in from Allstar Music News, if anyone's interested:
Love And Rockets Kick Off Tour March 2
The previously confirmed Love and Rockets/Orgy tour now has dates (allstar, Jan. 11, 1998).The tour will kick things off in Detroit on March 2 and do an initial run of major clubs around the U.S. through mid-April, with more dates to be added later.
Love and Rockets' seventh album, Lift, surfaced last
October on Red Ant Entertainment and has seen
considerable airplay for the tunes "Holy Fool" and
"Resurrection Hex" -- a surprise from the mostly
ignored 1996 album, Sweet F.A.. They haven't toured the
U.S. as Love and Rockets since 1996, but prior to the
release of Lift, the band spent most of 1998 touring
with Peter Murphy in their former incarnation, Bauhaus.
