JBC records in SF + Spooky Canada Cassette Issue

Hey All,
FYI - there were two copies of The Bloody Nonsense LP for
sale on 11-7-98 at Reckless Records on Masonic and Haight in San Francisco
both for under 6 bucks- I did not buy them so they may still be there...
I did however pick up what to me seems to be a very rare item. It is a cassette pressing of >>SPOOKY<< on Mercury(creation) Canada with 4 fold Black & White artwork , a euro looking tape with black art on the A side and white on the b side ( over a black tape casing). Here is the track list

What is the story on this release ( David, help????) was this the same track compliment to the the CD release of Spooky or is this really a rare item....?
