Yo La Tengo

        I just had to say that I saw Yo La Tengo live for the first time a coupla months ago, and Ira is the first guitarist that didn't have me running out the door screaming "PRETENTIOUS!" when he started with the flamboyant guitar moves. For the first time (and I'm pretty old), I felt that every move was necessary to extract the desired sound. 

        Just thought I'd mention that. Wish I had some boots.
