The upcoming show

Hadn't seen anyone else post this so thought I'd send it along. The Great American Music Hall has this to say about the show:

                        Monday September 22, 1997
                        The Jazz Butcher with Max Eider
                        $12.00 advance, $12.00 at the door. 
                     Doors open at 7:00 pm, Showtime is 8:00 pm.
     From 1982 to 1986 Pat Fish - "The Jazz Butcher" - and his dapper

Austrian guitarist, Max Eider, terrorised the nightclubs and airwaves of the Free World. As the two founding members of The Jazz Butcher Conspiracy, this pair of psychedelic lounge lizards roamed from Berlin to California waging their curiously well-tempered war on plastic Eighties music substitutes.

     Although both these ageing miscreants have played San Francisco many times in recent years, they have not appeared together on a city stage since the Jazz Butcher Conspiracy's debut at the Oasis back in the summer of 1986.

     Pat and Max will be appearing as a duo, playing tunes from the four Jazz Butcher albums that they made together. They will also be trying a few more recent songs and, of course, some ill-advised cover versions.
