According to Pat's words at the Mean Fiddler gig in 1993, Rosemary Davis was a BBC special effects person. A transcription of what he said would be helpful, but I don't have my tape on hand.

I would pay quite a bit of money to have a really good-quality recording of that concert. Just Pat with his guitar, singing a good variety of his songs (including Waiting For The Love Bus) and covers.
