help I can't hear you

Everytime I try to check out the music on the Sumo Sonic page, I get a file not supported or other similarly nasty message. I am running Netscape 3.0 Gold on a multimedia Gateway. Any suggestons. This may help my love life as I have invited a fellow over to check out the latest JBC iteration.
